Super Girolle® originale

The Girolle® originale is the authentic article invented by Nicolas Crevoisier in 1982.

The knife and the central shaft are made of stainless steel specially designed for use in the kitchen. Because we respect the environment and are concerned about proximity, we use wood with the “Swiss Wood” certificate.

Our range consists of six covers to choose from in complementary colours. It is the perfect addition to your Girolle® to prevent your cheese drying out.

Highly resistant, the covers are made of ceramics fired at very high temperatures.

The Super Girolle® originale is also supplied with an elegant serving knife which is both practical and dishwasher safe.

Our Girolles® are made in Switzerland and assembled with the greatest of care in our workshops at Lajoux (Jura, Switzerland).

The knife and handle are guaranteed for life. We will replace all original parts free of charge in the event of damage.
