Replacement Parts
The knife and handle of your Girolle® are guaranteed for life. If one of these elements happens to break, we will replace it for you free of charge. Please fill in the form below in order to claim your guarantee.
What You Need?
Serial Number
The serial number that proves that your Girolle® is an original product of Métafil-laGirolle SA (not a copy or a competitor’s product). You will find this 8 digit number on the underside of the base.
Prove Evidence
If possible, send a photo url of the damaged part, using the field “Attached File URL” in the contact form below.
Wooden Parts Warranty
Please note that we are happy to replace broken wooden bases and handles free of charge, but not those that have become misshapen through dishwasher use (see the yellow warranty notice).
In such cases, we ask for a contribution of CHF 17.00 for the base and CHF 10.00 for the handle.
